HOI, Institute for Media Auditing does audit Non-replica's since 2011.
Non-replica
A Non-Replica is a Digital publication with no exact content and lay-out of a print version. Non-Replica must be published on a screen (by tablets, smartphones e-mail or website). Non-replica’s are no websites. Every issue of a non-replica must be published seperately as a new download. Previous issues must be available for download. Digital publications without print version will be defined as non-replica. It is possible for publishers to report the following circulation categories for Non-replica digital publications:

| 1. Betaalde Kernoplage | Paid Circulation |
| 1.1 Betaalde abonnementen | Paid subscriptions for a price of 0,50 euro or more per issue |

The Audit
The audit process of digital edition circulation will be done by the auditor.
Paid multiple subscriptions
- The publisher must gain access to the non-replica digital publications with individual logins (minimum 4 for each subscriber) or by sending the non-replica to individual e-mailaddresses.
HOI publications
HOI will publish the circulation figures of the print and non-replica's in the same report. The publisher is not allowed to communicate a total figure of non-replica and print without the separated figures of the non-replica and print title.
